Office of the University President
Dr. Ramon M. Docto is the President of the Palawan State University
The President who is the Chief Executive officer heads the University. He is responsible for the overall management of the University, and shall have responsibility for the maintenance of high academic standards and enforcement of discipline of the University. He shall preside over the meetings of the Administrative Council and Academic Council. He is ex-officio Vice Chairman of the Board of Regents. In the Absence of the Chairman of the Board of Regents, he shall act as Chairman for and in behalf of the former. There are other council and offices under his direct supervision.
Academic Affairs
Dr. Elucila M. Sespeñe is the Vice President for Academic Affairs
The Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) shall be appointed/designated by the University President subject to confirmation by the Board of Regents. As head of the Academic Affairs Division, the VPAA shall be directly responsible to the President for carrying out the educational policies and programs of the University and in supervising curricular, instructional, and other academic activities of the University.
Finance and Administration
Dr. Amabel S. Liao if the Vice-President for Finance and Administration
The Vice President for Finance & Administration (VPFA) shall be appointed/designated by the University President subject to the confirmation of the Board of Regents. The VPFA shall be directly responsible for the administrative operations of the University. As head of the Financial Management Division, the VPFA shall also be responsible for all University financial matters.
Research and Extension
Dr. Marjorie Española is the Officer-in-Charge, Vice-President for Research and Extension
he Vice President for Research and Extension (VPRE) shall be appointed/designated by the University President subject to the confirmation of the Board of Regents. As head of the Research and Extension Division, the VPRE shall be directly responsible for all the research and extension programs of the University.
